Sir Hare is Coming Home!

The campaign to bring Marjan Wouda’s sculpture back to Rossendale has finally reached the stage of installation and celebration.  Sir Hare will be welcomed home in Hareholme – a part of Rawtenstall that includes the Town Square – later this month (October 2026).

We are very happy to support Marjan through this journey and are grateful to the very many  generous people who helped make it happen.

Join us to greet Sir Hare on Thursday 29th October 2026 at 3pm in Town Square, Rawtenstall. You’ll be very welcome.
