High Street Action Zones:

We are currently working with a number of local authorities and consortia on programmes funded by Historic England and the National Lottery Heritage Fund. These programmes aim to unlock the potential of high streets across England, fuelling economic, social and cultural recovery, encouraging people back to the high street, to breathe new life into it for future generations. In Burnley we are leading the HAZ Cultural Consortium. In Bacup and Padiham we are supporting the cultural programme.
